Payment Methods
Thorncrest Outfitters accepts VISA and MasterCard, as well as money orders
mailed in with mail-in order form.
Sales tax (G.S.T. & P.S.T.) is charged on all purchases. Out-of-country
visitors who wish a rebate on their G.S.T. may download the appropriate form
(www.ccra-adrc.gc.ca/E/pbg/gf/gst176eq/README.html)
Note: All online orders are reviewed by Thorncrest management and staff. Thorncrest
reserves the right to refuse QUESTIONABLE credit card transactions or those
for which it is difficult to obtain bank authority. Other means of payment
can be arranged (i.e. money order, certified cheque).
2. Store ship-to locations
Anywhere in Canada, North America and international. The ship-to address
must match the cardholder's billing address. Signatures are
required on delivery.
Gift orders can be purchased and shipped to another recipient. Arrangements
can be made by calling our adventure hotline at 1-888-34KAYAK. Most can be
gift-wrapped and a card enclosed. For those too large to be gift-wrapped, call
in to make arrangements.

Shipping & Handling
Free shipping anywhere in Canada! As quoted to the US or worldwide. All free
shipping orders are shipped via Canada Post unless other arrangements are
made.
US and international orders are shipped UPS standard.
At Thorncrest, we endeavour to ship orders within 4-6 hours. Most orders are
shipped by Priority Mail/UPS/other courier service without tracking. Standard
delivery orders should arrive at their destination 5-7 business days from the
date the order is received in our system.

Customer Service & Return
Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from Thorncrest Outfitters,
we will do our best to rectify the situation. Our policy is as follows:
All online store returns must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Your online store receipt and all of the proper packaging (including tags)
are required to complete the return or exchange.
Any return after 10 days with receipt and complete packaging will be given
a credit note for 1 year or an exchange given.
Any product returned minus the receipt and/or packaging will be refused.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; Thorncrest reserves
the right to refuse acceptance of the package due to damage or use (must have
tags and packaging).
Any product that has
been used or worn will be refused - if the
product, because of manufacturer's default, is returned, Thorncrest
will assist in warranty return. The shipping cost of warranty return is the
responsibility of the customer.
If a refund is approved and required, the method of payment is up to the customer
(i.e. debit, cash or credit card).
5. Currency Conversion
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Please visit the Universal Currency
Converter site (www.xe.com/ucc/) for the required exchange rate. MasterCard
will automatically convert your Canadian purchase to your own currency on
your credit card statement.
