Cancellation
Thorncrest Outfitters reserves the right to cancel
any course/trip should registration minimums not
be met 48 hours before scheduled start. In this
case all participants will be notified and given
the option to reschedule to another date or to have
a full refund issued.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to start
time in order to obtain full refund. Cancellations
after this time until course/trip start time will
be issued a Thorncrest Outfitters credit note. No
shows will be charged full amount with no refund
or credit note.
