Kids Kayak Course (beginner)

This 2-day kayak program offers kids basic instruction in paddling technique and water safety while having fun in the Saugeen River watershed.
The first day will be held at a local beach on flat water to teach the basic skills,(this is the wet and wild day!).

On day two with their new found paddling friends and abilities, they descend down an easy stretch of moving water on the Saugeen River where they might even try swimming in the current. Everything from paddling strokes to T rescues will be covered.

Basic swimming skills required.
