Thorncrest Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any course
or trip should minimums not be met 48 hours notice will be given.
In this case all participants will be notified and given the option
to reschedule to another date or to have a full refund issued.
Customer cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to start time
in order to obtain full refund
