Adult Canoe Course (beginner) [9ACC]

This course is a general introduction to the traditional sport of canoeing. Ever dreamed of that wilderness canoe trip or just want to brush up on your skills before the next canoe trip this is for you. The first day will be spent at the beach learning paddle strokes and safety techniques on beautiful Lake Huron. Rescues and re-entry’s are practiced so be prepared to get wet, On day two we use the current of the Saugeen River to descend the river valley to Lake Huron. This is a fun and useful experience! No experience required.
